Matt Murray will try for his 11th win in 12 starts for the Pittsburgh Penguins when they face the New Jersey Devils at PPG Paints Arena on Monday.
Murray is 10-1-0 with a 1.81 goals-against average, .944 save percentage and two shutouts since returning after missing nine games with a lower-body injury. He was 0-4-1 in his previous six starts.
The Penguins are 1-3-0 in their past four games after winning 10 of their previous 11 (10-1-0). They have allowed at least four goals in four of their past five games.
The Devils have been outscored 11-4 during a three-game losing streak and are 2-6-0 in their past eight games. They won the first two games against the Penguins this season, 5-1 in Pittsburgh on Nov. 5 and 4-2 in New Jersey on Nov. 13.
